Randy Fox

I'm Randy Fox and I equip people to lead and serve with excellence! I bring the energy of the basketball court and the clarity of a game-time decision into every keynote and leadership coaching session. As a retired NCAA basketball referee and corporate leader, I spent decades thriving under pressure, making high-stakes calls in split seconds. Today, I help leaders and teams build that same confidence, resilience, and poise — no matter the arena. Through dynamic speaking, executive coaching, and real-world stories, I equip people to lead with clarity, serve with excellence, and perform with consistency.
